What do you need to bring: Demonstrated experience as Program Manager with 8 years of IT experience, preferably with 3 years of exposure in IT infrastructure Prior experience managing large scale infrastructure(data center, cloud etc) programs Extensive knowledge of project and program management processes, tools, templates, and management techniques Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with senior and executive management Familiarity with tools like JIRA/ServiceNow, MS-Office, Smartsheets/Clarizen, Collaboration tools (Slack, Skype, etc.).
